Strawberry Cream

Three layers of strawberry - candy-bright, fresh-vine, and deep cooked compote - wrapped in a clean lactonic whipped cream. Opens vivid and sweet, the candy-bright top note leading. It becomes round and coating mid-session as the cooked-compote depth and whipped cream take over. It finishes soft and nostalgic, more dessert than fresh fruit by the end.
